Andre is a former Marine canine explosive detection handler with 18+ years of training experience. His background in military working dogs shaped his disciplined, results-driven approach to training. Andre specializes in high-drive working dogs, helping them build focus, structure, and real-world reliability both on and off the field.

Carla Hill
Carla is a former Army veterinary technician with a strong business administration background. She keeps K371 running smoothly and is deeply involved in training, client support, and program development. Carla focuses on owner education and building lasting relationships, ensuring every dog and handler feels supported throughout their journey.
ASSISTANT TRAINER
Trinity Hill
Trinity is our resident trained dog and playful helper. This sweet, confident girl plays an important role in our training programs, helping new dogs build confidence, learn proper social skills, and feel at ease.
